On-premise bar activations
Imported beer on-premise nights across eight Hispanic-forward Texas bars
How we'd build an imported Mexican beer's on-premise presence in Houston and San Antonio—branded serves, bartender buy-in, and the consumer leads most bar programs lose.
01 · Challenge
The challenge
An imported Mexican beer is moving well off-premise in Texas but has almost no presence in the bars where its consumer actually spends Friday night. Bars and nightclubs are where consumers first try a brand in context, with a bartender narrating the story (Wildfire Beverage Group)—and the brand is invisible there.
The bigger problem is data: a typical bar night generates buzz and then vanishes at last call. The brand needs serves, bartender relationships, and a consumer list it owns—not just an invoice for a promo night.
02 · Activation
The activation
We'd run ambassador-led brand nights across eight Hispanic-forward bars and cantinas in Houston and San Antonio over four weekends. Each night pairs branded serves and sampling pours with bartender engagement on the serve spec, QR-based lead capture at the table, and timestamped photo and video through the peak window.

03 · Results
The results
These are illustrative example targets for a program of this size—the exact metrics this recap format reports. They are not results from a past client.
branded serves and sampling pours across the eight venues
consumer leads and opt-ins captured via QR—first-party data the brand keeps
bartenders engaged on the serve spec and menu-placement support
timestamped photo and video assets cleared for the brand's channels
venues with their peak demand windows mapped in the recap
of shifts GPS-verified inside each venue's geofence
“An unverified bar night evaporates at last call. A verified one ends with serves counted, demand mapped, and a list of consumers you can actually follow up with.”

04 · Verification
How we verified it
- GPS check-in and check-out geofenced to each venue, for every ambassador, every night.
- Venue-manager sign-off confirming serves and activity at close.
- Timestamped photos and video across setup, serves, and the peak window.
- A verified recap with serves poured, interactions, leads captured, and peak demand timing per venue.
