On-Premise Media · powered by Eatsy
Your brand on the menu. All year.
While activations come and go, your brand can live on every QR menu in our network 365 days a year — the always-on awareness layer of the funnel, powered by Eatsy.
How placements work
Four ways to live on the menu
Every placement runs inside the digital menu guests already scan to order — not on a wall, not on a coaster, but at the moment of decision.
Featured cocktail
A signature serve built on your brand, pinned to the top of the cocktail section: ‘Margarita of the Month with Tequila X.’
Brand banner
A premium banner inside the digital menu, seen by every guest who scans.
Sponsored section
Own a category — ‘Agave Spirits,’ ‘Premium Pours’ — curated around your brand.
Featured item
Your bottle highlighted with photography, tasting notes and a serve suggestion.

The network is growing every week — and we publish venue counts only once they're verified. Ask for the current footprint and city list when you request rates.
The audience behind the menus
The network is built around venues that serve the U.S. Hispanic consumer — an audience tequila already over-indexes with, especially under 35 (NIQ/Mintel).
The reach math
One night vs. every night.
A great activation reaches the guests who happen to be there that night. A menu placement reaches every guest, every night, for a full year. Same brand. Radically different reach math.
We don't publish reach numbers we can't verify. When the network's impression counts are audited and live, the math will sit right here.
The placement, up close
Anatomy of a featured-cocktail placement
No borrowed screenshots, no fake venues — the Eatsy Orders demo itself shows how your brand sits inside a QR menu.
Pinned to the top
The placement leads the cocktail section, so it's the first thing every guest sees after the scan — every visit, every night.
Labeled, tastefully
A clear sponsored tag keeps the placement transparent for guests and consistent with how the network sells media.
Wired for attribution
The order button is live commerce: every order of the featured serve is attributed to your placement, item by item, in your report.
Measurement
Measured like media, not like a poster.
Every placement reports menu impressions, QR scans and item-level orders — the on-premise equivalent of the metrics your retail-media team already lives by.
Menu impressions
Every time a guest opens a menu carrying your placement, it's counted — the on-premise impression, logged per venue and per day.
QR scans
Scans show how many guests entered the menu at each venue — the denominator behind your placement's visibility.
Item orders
When a guest orders the featured serve or item, the order is attributed to your placement — line-item proof that media moved liquid.
Pricing model
Subscriptions, not one-offs.
Menu media is sold as quarterly and annual subscriptions across the network — recurring presence, predictable reporting, and rates that drop as you add venues.
Request ratesCompliance
Compliant by design.
Under the three-tier system and TTB trade-practice rules (27 CFR Part 6), money flows from brands to our network for media — never from a brand to a retailer. Placements are sold at the network level; no payment or benefit passes through to any individual venue.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is On-Premise Media?
On-Premise Media is brand advertising inside the digital QR menus of the restaurants and bars in the Impulso Media Network, powered by Eatsy. Instead of a one-night event, your brand holds a placement — a featured cocktail, a brand banner, a sponsored section or a featured item — that every guest sees when they scan the menu, 365 days a year.
Which venues will my brand appear in?
Your placements run across the restaurants and bars in our network — venues that use Eatsy digital menus in the Hispanic markets where we operate. The network grows every week, and we only publish counts once they're verified, so we share the current venue list and footprint with you during planning, before you commit.
How is it measured?
Like media: every placement reports menu impressions, QR scans and item-level orders — measured by Eatsy Orders, the same system that serves the menu, and reported alongside the verified recaps from our field activations. The dashboard that unifies both on one screen is on our roadmap, labeled as such. You see what ran, who saw it and what was ordered — not a photo of a poster.
Is this compatible with alcohol laws?
Yes — the model is built for the three-tier system. Under TTB trade-practice rules (27 CFR Part 6), money flows from brands to our network for media — never from a brand to a retailer. Placements are sold at the network level; no payment or benefit passes through to any individual venue.
How do I buy?
Menu media is sold as quarterly and annual subscriptions across the network, not as one-off insertions. Tell us your brand, markets and timing, and we'll come back with available placements and rates — rates drop as you add venues.
Can I combine it with activations?
That's the point of the funnel. A field activation creates trial in one night; a menu placement keeps your brand in front of every guest for the rest of the year. Brands that run both keep the introduction alive between events — and measure everything as one program, in one report.
