Verified physical

What's verified on every single shift

Most event staffing software stops at scheduling. Our activation reporting platform is built around proof: eight verification layers that apply to every shift, in every market, so a recap is never just somebody's word for it.

These core features are in development with our founding clients—and they are the operating standard we enforce on every activation we run today.

  1. 7:42 PMGPS check-in verified. Inside the venue geofence—the shift clock starts.
  2. 9:15 PMLive recap in progress. Six categorized photos uploaded; samples and interactions logged.
  3. 11:03 PMManager signature captured. Bottles sold during the shift confirmed and countersigned on-site.
  4. 11:09 PMVerified data delivered. The recap lands in your report—minutes after last call, not weeks.
Times shown are illustrative. The verification steps are not.

GPS check-in & check-out with geofencing

Ambassadors can only clock in inside a geofence around your venue. You know the shift started where it was supposed to—and exactly when.

Mandatory post-event recaps with sales metrics

No recap, no closed shift. Every recap captures samples poured, consumer interactions, bottles sold, and what people actually said about your liquid.

Minimum 6+ categorized photos

Setup, display, crowd, branding, product, team—categorized so your gallery reads like evidence, not a camera roll.

Manager signature confirming bottles sold

The store or bar manager signs off on bottles sold during the activation. Your sales numbers arrive countersigned, not self-reported.

RBS / TIPS / TABC certification tracking by state

Certifications expire and don't transfer between states. The platform tracks every credential and its expiration date, state by state, so nobody pours uncertified.

Anti-no-show reliability scoring

Every confirmed shift, on-time check-in, and completed recap feeds an ambassador's reliability score. Flaky staff filter themselves out before they cost you a shift.

Real-time notifications

Check-in confirmed, recap submitted, signature captured—you hear about it as it happens, not in next week's email.

Staff earnings transparency

Ambassadors see exactly what every shift pays before they accept it. Transparency is why reliable people stay—and why your shifts get covered.

Live today · Powered by Eatsy

Measured digital.

Our digital placements don't ask you to trust a screenshot. The digital menus and e-commerce microsites in the Impulso Media Network run on Eatsy Orders — so every placement is measured by the same system that serves it, from the first impression to the attributed order.

Powered by Eatsy
An Eatsy Orders digital menu in the network: branded cocktail placements (Buchanan's, Patrón, Casamigos) on the screen guests actually order from — the impression that everything downstream is measured against.
  1. Menu impressions

how many guests saw your placement.

  2. QR scans

    how many engaged.

  3. Promo redemptions

    how many acted.

  4. Attributed orders

    how many bought.

Unlike the roadmap below, this half is not a promise: Eatsy Orders is live today, measuring menus and microsites across the network. What remains on the roadmap is the unified dashboard that puts these signals next to your field data on one screen.

Both halves, side by side

One report: verified physical + measured digital.

Most partners can prove they showed up, or they can prove a click. We do both — the physical accountability of field activations and the digital measurement of menu and e-commerce media, side by side, attributable to the same brand.

To be plain about what's live: the digital signals run on Eatsy Orders today, the physical standard is enforced on every shift we operate, and the dashboard that unifies both on one screen is roadmap — labeled as such below.

Product vision

Roadmap

Built to become your single source of activation truth

Verification is the foundation; this is the building. The sixteen features below are our product roadmap—the platform we are building toward with our founding clients. They are labeled roadmap because they are not live today, and we would rather under-promise than become one more agency where everything is conveniently “already live.”

01

Real-time client dashboard

Role-based access for agency, field manager, and client—everyone looking at the same verified truth.

02

Live event feed

A scrolling stream of check-ins, photos, and recap data while your activation is still happening.

03

Timestamped, geo-watermarked photos

Every image stamped with where and when it was taken. No ambiguity, no recycled galleries.

04

Video clips & content capture

Short-form video from the floor, usable for internal reporting and your social channels.

05

On-the-spot consumer surveys

Five-second surveys consumers actually finish, captured at the moment of tasting.

06

NPS tracking

One consistent score for how consumers feel about your brand after every activation.

07

Lead & opt-in capture (QR / email / SMS)

Brands lose contact data on ~66% of their experiential audience (AnyRoad FullView, 2022). This is built to close that gap.

08

Geo-coverage heatmaps

See exactly which neighborhoods and venues your activations have covered—and which they've missed.

09

Cross-market benchmarking

Compare the same activation format across markets on a single yardstick.

10

Retail scan-data integration

Tie activations to measured sales lift with retail scan data, IRI/Nielsen-style.

11

API & webhooks

Push verified activation data straight into your CRM or BI stack, automatically.

12

AI photo & shelf recognition

Automated display-compliance checks built from the photos your field team already takes.

13

In-app training & brand certification

Quizzes and brand certifications so every ambassador knows your liquid before they pour it.

14

Offline capture that syncs

Basements, festivals, dead zones—data is captured offline and syncs the moment signal returns.

15

Predictive staffing & AI matching

The right certified ambassador for the right venue, matched on real reliability data.

16

Auto-export Sample Recap Report (PDF)

One click turns a fully verified shift into a client-ready PDF recap.

Roadmap means roadmap: these features represent the product vision we are building toward, not what is live today. Before any engagement, we walk you through exactly which capabilities are running on your program.

The payoff

What this means for your brand

Strip away the feature list and the platform buys you five things most agencies can't put in writing.

01

Accountability

Never pay for a no-show or an unworked shift.

GPS check-ins, mandatory recaps, and reliability scoring mean every line on your invoice maps to verified work.

02

Speed

Results the same week, live data during the event.

While other agencies are still compiling last month's recap deck, you're already adjusting next weekend's plan.

03

ROI proof

Manager-verified bottle counts and sales lift.

When finance asks what the activation actually did, you hand them a countersigned number—not an estimate of impressions.

04

First-party data

You own the leads, opt-ins, and consumer insights.

Everything captured on your activations belongs to your brand—exportable, usable, and never held hostage.

05

Consistency

The same verified playbook across every market.

A tasting in Houston is run, verified, and reported exactly like one in Los Angeles. Same standard, every shift.

The case for proof, in numbers

91%of consumers feel more optimistic about a brand's product after actively participating in a brand activationEventTrack, 2021
~66%of audience contact data goes uncollected when brands don't capture leads at experiencesAnyRoad FullView, 2022

FAQ

Straight answers about the platform

Is the app live now?

Honest answer: the core verification features—GPS check-in/out, mandatory recaps, categorized photos, manager signatures, certification tracking, reliability scoring, real-time notifications, and earnings transparency—are in development and rolling out with our founding clients. Everything in the roadmap section is exactly that: roadmap, not live. The digital half is different: menu and microsite measurement—impressions, QR scans, promo redemptions, attributed orders—runs on Eatsy Orders today, live on every digital menu and microsite in the network, while the unified dashboard that puts both halves on one screen remains roadmap. Before you sign anything, we show you precisely which capabilities will run on your program—verified by process today, verified by platform as features ship.

What is the client dashboard?

The dashboard is the centerpiece of the roadmap: a real-time, role-based view where agency, field manager, and client all see the same verified data—check-ins, photos, recaps, and signatures—as it happens. Until it ships, founding clients receive the same verified data as structured recap reports, delivered the same week as the activation.

Do I own the data?

Yes. Leads, opt-ins, survey responses, and consumer insights captured on your activations are your brand's first-party data. We deliver them in exportable formats and never hold your own audience hostage. That's the entire point: brands lose contact data on roughly 66% of their experiential audience (AnyRoad FullView, 2022), and this platform is being built so yours doesn't.

Can it integrate with my CRM?

API and webhooks for CRM and BI tools are on the roadmap and labeled as such. Today we deliver activation data—recaps, leads, and metrics—as clean, structured exports that import into any mainstream CRM. When the API ships, the same data will flow automatically. Tell us your stack on the demo call and we'll factor it into the build order.

How is staff GPS tracked, and is it disclosed to workers?

Location is captured at check-in and check-out, inside a geofence around the venue, during paid shifts only—we do not track ambassadors off the clock. This is disclosed plainly to every staff member at onboarding and again at every check-in, and the data is used only to verify the shift and report to the client. Transparency runs both ways: the same platform shows our ambassadors exactly what each shift pays.

What is reliability scoring?

Every ambassador builds a score from confirmed shifts, on-time GPS check-ins, completed recaps, and manager feedback. Higher scores get first access to shifts; chronic cancellations get filtered out before they ever reach your activation. It's our structural answer to the no-show problem that plagues event staffing.

Can I see events live?

Real-time notifications—check-in confirmed, recap submitted, signature captured—are part of the core verification set. The full live event feed, with streaming photos and metrics, is a roadmap feature and labeled as such. In practice, founding clients know a shift started, ran, and closed the same night it happened.

How is sales data verified?

Three layers. First, the mandatory recap logs samples poured, interactions, and bottles sold. Second, the venue manager countersigns the bottle count before our team leaves—so the number is confirmed by the person who owns the register, not self-reported. Third, on the roadmap: retail scan-data integration to tie activations to measured sales lift, IRI/Nielsen-style.
